Cost per person: $60/first mask, $40/every mask thereafter.
NO EATING, DRINKING OR SMOKING for 1/2 hour prior to fit testing.
MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN
Testing 3M, North and Scott masks. Please confirm your mask make and model upon registration.
